STUDENTS OF PROF. SPIVAK’S STUDIO - MARIA SHUSTROVA and EGOR KUTENKOV - HEADED BY PROF. A. KULISH PARTICIPATING IN STANISLAW WYSPIANSKI FESTIVAL, CRACOW, POLAND

Celebrations of the Wyspianski Year in Krakow concentrate in November on the 100th anniversary of the artist’s death. There will be premieres of Wyspianski’s plays in various Krakow theatres. The 2nd edition of the Dramas of Nations Festival will also take place. Organisers of the “Wyspianski 2007” Festival invite everyone to the discussion on the works of Wyspianski – artist and thinker. The programme of the Festival is varied and pure. It is doing to engage not only professional theatres, but drama drama schools.
Between November 23 and 28 students from drama schools will perform at PWST in international workshops devoted to the artistic work of Stanislaw Wyspianski. On November 12, 13, 19, 20, 26 and 27 there will be a competition of performances in PWST – for the best adaptation of Wyspianski’s work.
